ZAMBOANGA CITY: Three rounds of M203 grenades were fired by unidentified assailants on Monday at a polling precinct in Maimbung town in Sulu province, wounding a poll watcher of a gubernatorial candidate.

Sakur Tan, who is running for the provincial governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), said armed men had been reported harassing his poll watchers in the towns of Luuk, Tongkil, Panglima Estino, Pata, Tapul, and Siasi--all in Sulu. AL JACINTO
