Centro Escolar University alumnus Janine Pontejos gave host Philippines something to be proud of when she dominated the shootout contest of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) 3X3 World Cup at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
Pontejos notched 14 points and the fastest time of 41.86 seconds to beat Russian Alexandra Stolyar’s 14 points and 49.9 seconds.
