A POWER outage hit the province of Aurora as typhoon Labuyo made a landfall early on Monday morning.
Based on the report of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Central Luzon, the electric power in the towns of Baler, Casiguran, Dilasag, Dinalungan, Dingalan, Dipaculao, Maria Aurora and San Luis was cut off at about 3:00 a.m. on Monday as typhoon Labuyo's strong winds and rain battered the province's power infrastructure.
