The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) on Wednesday announced that up to 10 hours of power outages would take place in several towns and cities in Tarlac and Isabela on Friday.
Lilibeth Gaydowen, NGCP North Luzon corporate communications and public affairs officer, said the power interruption in Isabela, which will start at 8 a.m. and last until 6 p.m., would affect the towns of Naguilian, Benito Soliven, San Mariano, Gamu, Burgos and Reina Mercedes and Ilagan City.
