The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center expects to sign next week the contract for the P3.5 billion Integrated Transport System-Southwest Terminal project, PPP Executive Director Cosette Canilao said on Thursday.
She said the notice of award was issued on Jan 23 to the bidders, MWM Terminals, a consortium of Megawide Construction Corp and WM Property Management Inc.
