The rehabilitation is only on its initial stage and here we are again , overpricing and other means to make money . This country is really hopeless. When the Philippine Red Cross created to assist people in times of disasters is itself not spared by corruption, what else gives ?? Like greedy politicians, they eat anything on sight. What a country !!
