The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) is planning a free stock market seminar in Laguna on September 9 as a part of its drive to educate people with spare cash on how to invest in the stock market.
The seminar, entitled “Achieving Financial Freedom Through Investments”, will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the El Cielito Hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
It will cover topics such as the basics of stock market investing, investor right and protection, and building an investment portfolio.
“As with our other roadshows, we are pleased with the response from the public after we announced the event.
This is a good sign that more and more appreciate the importance of financial security,” said the PSE president and CEO, Hans B. Sicat.
“Our recent investor profile study shows that a lot of online stock market investors outside of Metro Manila are located in Luzon and we believe this number will continue to grow with more market awareness activities in these areas,” he added.
Individuals interested in attending the seminar may register through www.pseacademy.com.ph
