The British Council and the Ateneo Center for English Language Teaching (ACELT) are hosting a public lecture on the teaching of language knowledge by Dr. Alan Waters on December 5, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Escaler Hall in the Ateneo de Manila University.
