NEW YORK: Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred says a decision will be forthcoming quickly about a ban against Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig but Colorado shortstop Jose Reyes will not face more discipline until his legal matters are settled.
