A 57-year-old jeepney driver from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, was added to the roster of the country’s instant millionaires.
He bagged the P13.5 million jackpot prize in the Lotto 6/42 draw of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on March 5.
According to Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, PCSO acting chairman and general manager, the winner plans to donate to the Church, help his poor siblings and invest in the transportation business.
Rojas said the winner got the winning number12-15-16-21-26 from birth dates of family members.
He added that the winner has been betting in lotto since 1995.
Rojas congratulated the winner as he turned over the prize check to him at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City (Metro Manila) on Tuesday.
