‘Pusher’ slain in Bataan

MARIVELES, Bataan: A suspected drug dealer was slain when he allegedly engaged policemen serving a search warrant at his house in Barangay Upper Biaan, this town to a shoot out on Friday. Supt. Crizalde Conde, town police chief, said Levy Dinglasan Jr., 55, drew his handgun and aimed to shoot at the lawmen but was no match to the authorities. Search of Dinglasan’s house yielded eight sachets of shabu and 12-gauge improvised shotgun with live bullets, Conde said. Dinglasan became the 23rd victim in legitimate operation in the province since July 1.
