A bettor from Novaliches, Quezon City, has bagged the P6.9-million jackpot prize in Lotto 6/42 draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
According to the office of PCSO general manager, Jose Ferdinand Rojas 2nd, the bettor used standard bet in choosing the winning combination 32-06-36-16-12-04.
