QC mulls new livelihood training facilities


Mayor Herbert Bautista of Quezon City is seriously considering putting into good use properties confiscated by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in the city from the agency’s anti-drug operations. During a meeting with members of the peace and order council at Camp Karingal in Quezon City, the mayor said the city government is studying the possibility of utilizing the confiscated properties as livelihood training facilities for victims of trafficking.
