A 27-year-old social worker from Quezon City has bagged the P16-million jackpot prize in the Super Lotto 6/49 draw of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes (PCSO).
The winner got his winning combination from the birth dates of his fiancee.
He has been betting in lotto since 2005.
PCSO General Manager Jose Ferdinand Roxas 2nd has turned over the prize check to the winner at the national lottery agency main office in Mandaluyong City (Metro Manila).
Roxas said the winner plans to donate to a church, share the prize with his parents, help relatives and save for his own family’s future.
