LUCENA CITY: A senior board member of Quezon province was arrested by the elements of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Tuesday afternoon for a case of estafa.
Lawyer Eboy Ramos, chief of NBI Lucena identified the suspect as third district board member Victor Abustan Reyes, 51, of Lourdes Subdivision, Barangay Sabang, Lucena City.
