Rains should be expected over North Luzon as the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Thursday that the diffused tail-end of the cold front will cause the rest of the country to have sunny to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers coming from localized thunderstorms. Pag-asa’s advisory said that the Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley regions will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, the rest of the country is expected to be partly cloudy with isolated rain showers happening mostly over the western section. Metro Manila is to have isolated rain showers experienced in the afternoon or evening.
