Expect light to moderate rains over some parts of Northern and Central Luzon due to the trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) affecting these areas, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday.
In an interview, PAGASA weather forecaster Buddy Javier said the trough or extended clouds of LPA will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon.
