La Union-based RCL Realty and Consulting Services Inc. is looking to partner with property developers for a project in Baguio City, a company official said.
In a recent interview, RCL Consulting Services chief executive officer Fausto Liriano told reporters that the firm is open to the possibility of partnering with property developers.
Liriano noted that the firm is in talks with an unnamed property developer for a future project in Baguio City.
“But there are some developers here [La Union] that we are working with on some partnerships for Baguio. We are right now in the pipeline design stage [of]two developments in Baguio––one condo and one house and lot,” Liriano said.
Aside from the Baguio developments in the pipeline, Liriano also noted that the firm is working on the design of a project in a 10-hectare lot in Tagaytay.
“Tagyatay is a project [with the]same groups that we are doing with Waves—Brightbeam and RCL. But this one, we are still in the planning stage,” Liriano said.
Earlier this year, RCL launched a 7-hectare resort and residences project called Waves Beach Club and Residences in San Juan, La Union. The project will be developed through a joint venture between RLC and property developer Brightbeam Corporation.
In addition, the Waves project will feature a condotel project to be named dusitD2, which will be managed by global hotel brand Dusit International.
Similarly, RCL recently partnered with Wynsland Development Corporation for the development of a horizontal residential project in San Fernando, La Union.
The two firms launched the first phase of the 9,566 square meter development last September, which will offer a total of 56 lots.
Moreover, asked if RCL is looking to partner with the country’s major developers for future projects, Liriano said that the company is open to the idea.
“Actually, yes. Why not? At the end of the day, you cannot be selfish,” Liriano expressed.
“I don’t mind. As long as we can deliver to the people quality projects on time and some kind of lifestyle that they really can immerse in. So we are very open for that,” added the CEO.
Furthermore, with the Tagaytay and Baguio projects in the design stages, Liriano said that the company is sure to start a project in Baguio by next year.
“So hopefully by next year, we have more clear picture about which are our future developments. But definitely, our presence in Baguio next year is some house [and lot]. And we’re planning to open an office in Baguio next year,” Liriano said.
