RED rainfall alert remains up over Zambales and Bataan because of heavy monsoon rains enhanced by tropical depression “Josie” on Sunday.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said this meant serious flooding was expected in these provinces.
