Police said Agustin Bugtong Andres, member of the 5th IFCAAC, Tinoc, attached to the Patrol Base Alpha Company, 77th Infantry Battalion, in Impugong, Tinoc, and his companions were on board a jeepney en route to Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya when the armed men blocked them.
