Newly elected-Gov. Jonvic Remulla of Cavite and Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla, both of Lakas-Magdalo Party took their oath of office Wednesday afternoon inside the historic St. Augustine Church in Tanza, Cavite, where the revolutionary Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo was proclaimed as president of the First Republic of the Philippines in 1898. Amid thousands of parishioners, supporters and spectators, Ramon”Jolo” Revilla 3rd was sworn in by reelected Gov. Jonvic Remulla, who in turn was sworn in by Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. Jolo Revilla, who at 25 is one of the youngest government officials at present, was full of tears when he delivered his speech in the presence of his parents Sen. Bong Revilla and reelected Rep. Lani Mercado, brothers and sisters, uncle Bacoor reelected mayor Strike Revilla, and rumored girlfriend and energetic political campaigner actress Jody Santamaria.
