Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th should resign from his Senate post if he fails to present evidence that Makati City Mayor Jejomar Erwin “Junjun” Binay Jr. bribed Court of Appeals (CA) justices to stop a suspension order against the city executive.

Rep. Abigail Binay of Makati City, House deputy majority leader, made the call on Wednesday in light of Trillanes’ exposé that CA Sixth Division magistrates Francisco Acosta and Jose Reyes received P50 million (P25 million each) in exchange for ruling in favor of staying Binay’s suspension.
