THE Manila Police District (MPD) released a list of roads that would be closed and a re-routing plan for motorists this weekend when the Iglesia ni Cristo holds its “Lingap Laban sa Kahirapan” (Lingap) anti-poverty campaign at the Quirino Grandstand.
The roads that will be closed starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday will be the stretch of Katigbak Drive, South Drive and Independence Road, according to the MPD through its Traffic Enforcement Unit.
