THE Sandiganbayan's First Division reset former Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr.'s presentation of evidence in the P224-million plunder case, which he is facing in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam.
It was moved to June 26 after Revilla asked the court to require the prosecution to identify evidence that it had presented to prove the primary allegations in the Information (charge sheet).
