Lawyer Jessica Lucila “Gigi” Reyes, one of several personalities charged with plunder in connection with the pork barrel scam, needs psychiatric help because she is suffering from mixed anxiety disorder, her doctor said on Tuesday.
Dr. Anthony Lontoc, a cardiologist and Reyes’ attending physician at the Taguig Pateros District Hospital and the Philippine Heart Center, appeared at the Sandiganbayan as the court deliberated on Reyes’ appeal to be transferred to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame in Quezon City.
