Liberal Party (LP) Vice Presidential candidate Leni Robredo is not worried about the result of her bid to run for the second highest elective post in the country.
Robredo on Monday said that she is happy about how her campaign turned out.
“I feel light. Towards the end of the campaign, I have been feeling that way. The campaign ended on a very high note for me,” the lawmaker said after casting her vote in her hometown of Naga City, Camarines Sur.
“Actually, I feel more relieved. I am looking forward to thanking the people who helped me, more than the results. Yes [I think I am going to win],” she added.
“There’s that excitement that the labor is done. There’s really nothing you can do at this point but to pray,” Robredo pointed out.
