“It has almost a hectare of amenities and there’s a Proscenium theater and there’s also going to be a museum and a retail area,” said Lim.
The tower will be connected to the Powerplant Mall, a shopping center located within the Rockwell Center complex.
The Proscenium performing arts theater can accommodate about 500 guests while the Lopez Museum will house a Filipiniana archive of books, manuscripts and maps. It will also display a collection of paintings by old masters Juan Luna and Felix Resurreccion Hidalgo as well as works by National Artists Carlos “Botong” Francisco, Vicente Manansala, H.R.
