UNITED Kingdom’s ultra-luxury car manufacturer has formally entered the Philippines through a recent dealer appointment ceremony. Named by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as its official importer in the country was British Bespoke Automobiles, headed by Willy Tee Ten.
