The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that the intersection of Quezon Avenue and Roosevelt Avenue in Quezon City will be temporarily closed to traffic starting Saturday, May 21 to give way to the construction of the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3) project.
In its advisory, the MMDA said the left-turning traffic from Roosevelt to Quezon Avenue may take the U-turn slot in front of Maxima.
