MOTORISTS and commuters have to endure heavy vehicular traffic in Manila until Monday because of the partial closure of Roxas Boulevard for the Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2016 held in Rizal Park starting today.
The southbound lane of Roxas Blvd. from Katigbak Drive to T.M. Kalaw St. will be closed to traffic until March 7.
