TWO divisions of the Sandiganbayan gave Juan “Mike” Miguel Arroyo the go signal to visit Japan and Hong Kong to tour his children and grandchildren.
The anti-graft court’s fourth and fifth divisions allowed Arroyo to fly abroad from June 1 to 9 to spend time with his family. He was ordered to post travel bonds totalling P120,000.
