FORMER chairman of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) Efraim Genuino and his co-accused is barred from flying out of the country.
In a confirmation from the Sandiganbayan Third Division, the anti-graft court has issued a hold departure order, furnished to the Bureau of Immigration, against Genuino and his six co-accused.
