The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) on Sunday said Typhoon "Santi" has affected 46,295 families or 219,591 people in 282 villages in 40 towns and four cities in 11 provinces in Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon and Calabarzon.
Of these, 1,736 families or 7,421 people are staying in 58 evacuation centers.
