On May 18, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), headed by General Manager Alexander Balutan, together with Mindanao Department Manager Gloria Ybañez, South Cotabato Branch Manager Misael Hamak and other PCSO officials and employees, led the Ambulance Donation formal turnover at the Sarangani Provincial Capitol in Alabel, Sarangani.
Provincial Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon welcomed and thanked the PCSO officials and employees who travelled all the way from Cotabato City the previous day.
PCSO GM Balutan enthusiastically delivered the good news that PCSO will support Sarangani through its medical and charity programs including a P50-million worth of medical equipment for the upgrading of its local public and private hospitals.
GM Balutan also encouraged the locals of Sarangani to help PCSO increase its Lotto sales in order to generate more funds for medical and charity projects of the Agency.
“I also ask for your support for the STL or Small Town Lottery and refrain from illegal gambling. As you know, we are a responsible gaming corporation and are supported by the Government that gives back to the community, nationwide,” he added.
