THE Supreme Court (SC) has approved the transfer of inmates from various facilities to the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa City (Metro Manila).
In an SC en banc decision, the tribunal resolved the issues on a circular reiterating relevant portions of existing circulars or administrative issuances regarding the issuance of mittimuses or commitment orders in the transfer of detainees or prisoners.
