The seemingly interminable fight of the coconut farmers for justice regarding the coco levy funds and assets, roughly estimated to be some 250 billion pesos now, reached another high in the Supreme Court’s recent decision (Nov. 24, 2015) to deny the Solicitor General’s motion to have the restraining orders against privatization lifted.
