THE Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday ordered Solicitor General Jose Calida to comment on the motion for reconsideration filed by ousted Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Aranal-Sereno.
At the resumption of the SC en banc on Tuesday from its month long recess, the high court discussed Sereno’s motion for reconsideration to Calida’s quo warranto petition that it granted.
