The Supreme Court has ordered the revival of the ownership dispute over rubbing alcohol brand Green Cross despite the case having long been withdrawn in the “interest of substantial justice.”

In a 16-page decision issued by the High Tribunal’s Special Second Division, the magistrates said the petitioner, Gonzalo Co It, founder of Green Cross, should be allowed to avail himself of all legal remedies available with respect to his shares in his company despite his earlier withdrawal of his petition that had become final and executory in 2012.
