The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday ordered the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to explain the 25-percent shading scheme pushed by Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo.
The order was given in connection with a poll protest filed by former senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. against Robredo over the battle for the vice presidency in the May 2016 elections.
