  1. The responsibilities of the Police rest upon the shoulder of the commander. The weapons of the criminals are never sealed specially during the Holidays. The erring police firing their weapon as celebration of the occasion should never be tolerated, anyone violating the ban should be disciplined or dismiss from service. The public needs protection that is why we need the police. However, if you do not trust the police, who can the citizens trust?. This is one very important basic problems in the country, lack of TRUST in the authority that the leaders must restore, a complicated case indeed but, there is no other way but to deal with it with brutal HONESTY, if only for Philippines to regain its place in history as the most honest society in the world stage. Have a blessed Christmas everybody.
