FOUR suspects, including a self-confessed gunman and the mastermind, behind the killing of Fr. Richmond Nilo were arrested last week, according to Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Oscar Albayalde on Monday morning.
Albayalde identified the arrested suspects as Manuel Torres, Omar Mallari alias Bulik, Ronaldo Garcia, and Marius Albis.
