SENATE President Franklin Drilon finally signed on Monday the long awaited subpoena for Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the multi-billion pork barrel scam, ordering her to attend the blue ribbon committee investigation on the matter.
The subpoena is addressed to Napoles care of the commander of the Philippine National Police -Special Acton Force (PNP-SAF).
