SEN. Panfilo Lacson on Thursday warned that the proposed Charter change to shift to a federal system of government would be “cremated “ at the Senate.
He said senators were apprehensive of holding a joint session with the House of Representatives to discuss Cha-cha because they could be “trapped” and compelled to vote jointly and not separately.
