SENATE Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri on Wednesday said the Senate's version of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) would be a "better document" once it has finished amending the measure.
Zubiri lauded the efforts of Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon to scrutinize the BBL, or Senate Bill 1717, to make it constitutional.
