Sending arms to Ukraine may do more harm

President Obama says he is weighing the growing calls for United States military aid to badly outgunned Ukraine in its nearly year-long struggle against separatists armed and instigated by Russia.

But whether sending antitank artillery, sophisticated radar systems and other arms and equipment to the beleaguered government forces would do more harm than good is a question still fiercely debated.
