Tropical depression "Seniang" is expected to make landfall in the vicinity of Tandag, Surigao del Sur on Monday morning, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
"Seniang" has maximum sustained winds of 45 kph near the center. It is expected to bring moderate to heavy rainfall (7-15 mm per hour).
