EMBATTLED Maria Lourdes Sereno won’t back down from her battle after the Supreme Court affirmed its decision to remove her from her post.
"I do not have to be a chief justice to defend our laws and Constitution," Sereno told her supporters in an event organized by the Coalition for Justice at the University of the Philippines (UP) in Diliman, Quezon City on Tuesday.
