Chief Justice Lourdes Sereno and two justices of the Supreme Court (SC) refused to inhibit themselves from the preventive suspension case of Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin “JunJun” Binay.
Aside from Sereno, Associate Justices Antonio Carpio and Martin Villarama Jr. also refused to recuse from Binay’s case.
