AGENTS of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) nabbed a married man who allegedly threatened his former girlfriend that he would send their “sex video” to her relatives if she would not agree to have sex with him in a motel. Cybercrime operatives arrested Mark Glen Sanchez, 36, in Pasay City on Tuesday. Mila, not her real name, said her relatives, friends and co-employees told her that Sanchez has been sending them clips of the sex videos, prompting her to seek the help of NBI. Cybercrime Division Executive Officer lawyer Vic Lorenzo said he was considering filing rape charges against the suspect. “The victim said she was coerced to engage in sex before, which is under the Violence Against Women Act. This is on top of a case violating the Anti-Voyeurism Act,” he said.
