Contrast and constant motion. That’s what urban living is. This essence of city life inspired SieMatic in its new Urban Kitchen Cabinet Collection.
The renowned German brand launched its bevy of distinct designs at the BGC showroom of exclusive distributor Focus Global Inc.
SieMatic Far East managing director Volker Betsch talked about the collection extensively which was wellreceived by guests who saw its difference from conventional cupboards – how more natural sunlight is brought in as it’s connected outdoors, removing boundaries between spaces, and between the outside and the inside.
The Urban style collection features the new SieMatic 29 kitchen sideboard, developed in collaboration with the Berlinbased Kinzo design studio. It is homage to a traditional piece of furniture: the kitchen buffet, which established SieMatic in 1929. The design earned a prestigious German Design Council (Rat für Formgebung) Gold Award.
SieMatic has two other distinct lifestyle collections. Pure is all about clear lines and minimalistic modern style while Classic reflects the world of timeless elegance and opulence.
Both collections provide people with a toolbox to create better, more stylish and functional designs that reflect modern kitchen living.
Focus Global showrooms are located at Twentyfour Seven McKinley in Bonifacio Global City; along Pioneer St. in Mandaluyong City; and The Design Center of Cebu in Mandaue City, Cebu.
